NexGen was born from one of the most tender chapters of my life: caring for my late grandmother. I watched her navigate a healthcare system that felt cold, complicated, and impersonal — at a time when our family needed warmth and clarity the most. I held her hand through those hard days, and I promised myself that no other family should feel that alone.
Today, I still have grandparents who rely on services like ours — so this work isn't just professional, it's deeply personal. I know what it means to worry about a loved one from across town, to second-guess whether you've made the right decision, and to long for someone you can truly trust at the door.
NexGen is a small business built on that lived experience. We stay close to every family we serve, partnering with skilled professionals and dedicated paraprofessionals who share our belief that care should feel human — not institutional.
